Terms and Conditions
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms apply when you register for or book a live online watercolour class with me. By booking, you agree to them.
Who I am
Mohanraj Kolathapilly (Mohan), a watercolour artist and teacher based in Bangalore, India. Contact: mohanraj.k@gmail.com.
The classes
Classes are taught live on Google Meet. Each listing on mohanraj.net or on the booking page states the date, time (in IST), length, topic and price. Free classes are offered on the same terms, except where these terms talk about payment.
You need a device with a stable internet connection and your own painting materials. I send a materials list after you register.
Booking and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds, and you receive a receipt by email.
- I send the Google Meet link and class details by email and WhatsApp before the class.
- Seats are limited and given in order of booking.
During the class
- Your Meet link is for you only. Please don't share it.
- Please be respectful to other students. I may remove anyone who disrupts the class.
- Classes may be recorded. Recordings are shared only with students of that class, as an unlisted link, for personal practice. Please don't download, re-upload or share them.
Cancellations and refunds
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Your artwork
Everything you paint is yours. If you share a photo of your painting with me, I'll ask before posting it anywhere.
Liability
I teach in good faith but can't guarantee particular results. I'm not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, device or third-party services such as Google Meet. If a class can't go ahead because of a problem on my side, I'll reschedule it or refund you in full.
Changes and governing law
I may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
